Kayla is one of our interns here at the Ballroom as well as the director of our Youth Classes and a certified Zumba instructor! Kayla has been dancing all her life and has trained in six styles of dance. Her favorite is - of course - ballroom, as she has been competing since she was four-years-old with her father as her partner. Kayla currently holds over fifteen state titles and ten national titles in ballroom.

She was also a part of the competition team at Soul Inspired Dance Complex in Hartville as well as her high school dance team for four years. She now co-coaches Hoover’s Dance Team in North Canton.

Kayla is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating with Honors from Stark State College. She currently works at a salon, but has goals to one day work with hospice and oncology patients.

Outside of dance, Kayla is a devoted mother to her beautiful son, Izak. She also loves hiking in the woods, camping/vacationing with her family and ATV riding with her uncles and dad.
