Private Lesson Cancellation Policy
Private lessons that are scheduled and then canceled or rescheduled without a minimum of 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Students, however, are given the opportunity to reschedule canceled lessons as a make-up lesson within one (1) monthof the original cancellation.*
The make-up lesson must be scheduled during the same week as the student’s regularly scheduled private lesson.
This means the student will take two (2) private lessons in the same week—their regular lesson and the make-up.
The make-up lesson may take place on the same day or a different day within that week.
It is the student’s responsibility to schedule make-up lessons within the specified time period.
Private lessons scheduled outside of normal teaching hours will be charged in full if canceled, and no make-up lessonwill be available in such cases.
If a make-up lesson is canceled by the student, the original lesson is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled again.

Limited Availability Reserved Lesson Policy
To better accommodate periods of limited instructor availability, Prestige Ballroom may designate certain lesson dates and times as Limited Availability Reserved Lessons.
These lesson times are reserved exclusively for the student at the time of scheduling and are removed from our available teaching schedule.
For all Limited Availability Reserved Lessons:
Once scheduled, the lesson is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
No make-up lessons will be offered.
Students who cancel their lesson or fail to attend forfeit the lesson and all associated lesson fees.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
Limited Availability Reserved Lessons will be clearly identified at the time of scheduling. By reserving one of these lesson times, the student acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
