Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Private lessons that are scheduled and then canceled or re-scheduled without a 72-hour notice will be charged. Students, however, are given the opportunity to re-schedule the cancelled lesson(s), as a make-up lesson, within one month of the canceled lesson*. The make-up lesson must be scheduled during the same week as the students regularly scheduled private lesson - student would be taking two (2) private lessons in one week. The make-up lesson can take place on the same day or a different day within the same week as the regular lesson. Private lessons scheduled outside of normal teaching hours will be charged, and no make-up lesson will be available in such cases.
