Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Private lessons that are scheduled and then canceled or rescheduled without a minimum of 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Students, however, are given the opportunity to reschedule canceled lessons as a make-up lesson within one (1) monthof the original cancellation.*

• The make-up lesson must be scheduled during the same week as the student’s regularly scheduled private lesson.

• This means the student will take two (2) private lessons in the same week—their regular lesson and the make-up.

• The make-up lesson may take place on the same day or a different day within that week.

• It is the student’s responsibility to schedule make-up lessons within the specified time period.

Private lessons scheduled outside of normal teaching hours will be charged in full if canceled, and no make-up lessonwill be available in such cases.

If a make-up lesson is canceled by the student, the original lesson is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled again.
