Jenny-Lee McGinnis-Satava is our Co-Founder and Resident Coach. Jenny-Lee has been dancing for over 30 years and holds several Top Teacher and choreography awards. Not only has she trained multiple state and national champions, she has also trained an open-to-the-world champion. Prior to ballroom, Jenny-Lee did baton, ballet, jazz and was on the dance team for her high school.
She went to Riverside High School and obtained a degree in psychology from Cleveland State University.
When she’s not in the studio, Jenny-Lee enjoys camping and going to the beach with her family, spending the day at Cedar Point and watching horror movies with her kids.
We are so fortunate to have her as our mentor and we are so thankful for the legacy she is creating!
“My favorite thing about instructing is that the relationships we form go so much further than the ballroom. It’s almost instant gratification for me when a student says that they did not want to come in, but they are so happy they did.”
